Data Deletion Request
How to ask BTR.WRK LLC to delete personal information about you.
You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you. This page explains exactly how, what data is covered, what to expect, and the few narrow exceptions where we are legally required to retain some information.
How to submit a request
Send an email to btrwrk.ai@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- The email address(es) and phone number(s) you've used with us, so we can find your records
- Your name (and business name, if you provided one)
- A short confirmation that you are the person whose data you're asking to delete, or that you are authorized to act on their behalf
Call or text (479) 282-0348 and ask for data deletion. We will confirm your identity and process the request the same as an email request.
Write to BTR.WRK LLC, c/o Mo Demers, 2901 S 26th Place, Rogers, AR, United States. Include the same information listed in Option 1.
What we will delete
Upon a verified request, we will delete:
- Your contact details (name, email, phone, business name)
- Form submissions you made through our site (audit, inbound contact, booking, chat)
- Communications history (emails, SMS, chat transcripts) we have with you
- Notes and enrichment data we maintain about you or your business
- Your records inside the Meta Custom Audiences we maintain for our advertising. We will remove the corresponding hashed identifier from our seed list on our next daily sync, which typically propagates to Meta within 24–48 hours.
What we may keep, and why
We may retain a limited subset of information when we are required to by law or have an overriding legitimate interest. Specifically:
- Transaction and tax records — invoices, payments, and related billing details, for up to 7 years, to satisfy tax, accounting, and audit obligations.
- Suppression list — a hashed marker indicating you have asked not to be contacted. We keep this so that you are not re-contacted if your information is provided to us again in a later prospect list. This contains no readable personal data.
- Backups — copies of our databases held in secured backups may contain your data until the backup is rotated out, typically within 90 days.
- Aggregated / anonymized data — statistics that no longer identify you (such as "how many leads opened email 1") may be retained indefinitely.
How long it takes
We aim to complete most deletion requests within 10 business days of receiving a verifiable request, and in any event within 30 days. If your request is complex or we need more time to confirm your identity, we will let you know.
If you also want Meta to delete data
BTR.WRK uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our ads perform, and we upload hashed contact information to Meta to build Custom Audiences. Even after we delete your records on our side, Meta may continue to hold its own copies of advertising and analytics data under its terms. To ask Meta to delete its records:
- Open Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information
- Use "Off-Facebook Activity" to clear or disconnect activity attributed to advertisers (including BTR.WRK).
- Optionally, use "Delete Your Account and Information" to delete your Meta account entirely.
